Website estimates are starting estimates based on the information entered. They are not a final service agreement or final price. When you choose an available time, that time is held on the scheduling calendar while NovaClean reviews the scope, home condition, requested add-ons, access details, and availability. NovaClean confirms the final scope and amount before service.

One-time residential cleans require a 30% deposit, with a $75 minimum, after NovaClean confirms the final scope and appointment. Any payment instructions, balance due date, and accepted payment methods are provided with the final invoice or confirmation.

Please provide reasonable access to the property and secure pets as needed. Fresh linens or towels must be supplied for bed-making or towel replacement. For inside refrigerator, oven, or cabinet cleaning, the area must be substantially empty and ready to wipe. Stovetops must be clear of pots, pans, and cookware. NovaClean does not empty, pack, or reorganize food, dishes, cookware, or stored belongings. Portions of a service that are not safely accessible or sufficiently prepared may be skipped.

Please request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment when possible. The final cancellation and rescheduling terms communicated with your booking or service agreement apply to your confirmed service.

The public 15% welcome offer applies only to the base service of a first one-time residential clean. It does not apply to add-ons, recurring service, or other promotions. Private promotional codes are verified before invoicing. Promotions and discounts do not stack unless NovaClean confirms otherwise in writing.

Commercial pricing is a transparent starting point and is finalized after a walkthrough or virtual consultation. The final proposal, scope, service frequency, minimums, and any applicable agreement terms govern the commercial service. Specialized, restorative, heavy-buildup, turnover, emergency, and difficult-access work may require a custom quote.
